Seldom Streamer
I rarely watch live streams or stream myself. For a few reasons:
– My internet is unreliable. Some days it can download a 50GB game; other days, trying to handle more than 10 tabs takes it down. It’s a gamble I don’t always want to take.
– I don’t have the attention span for long, unscripted content. I enjoy speedpaints because they’re fast and focused, but live streams tend to lose me.
– I don’t voice call unless I’m very comfortable with someone—so if I join a stream, I’m likely just sitting in silence which will lead to me trying to multitask... which kind of defeats the point.Please don’t take it personally if I pass.

Delayed Responses & Radio Silence

I have severe ADHD managed solely by iced coffee and sheer will.
My brain is everything, everywhere, all at once and my attention span resets every 3–5 business seconds.
I am currently dedicating all my creative energy to my Ko-fi page and personal works.

CLASSIFICATION: What Classifies As A Collaboration

• Character Designs – Collaborative development of character designs, appearances, and/or lore.
• Writing Collaborations – Co-written stories, scripts, and/or world-building efforts.
• Alternate Universe (AU) – Any collaborative effort where one or more creations are placed in an alternate universe. They may be re-imagined.
• Role-Playing (RP) – Interactive storytelling that involves one or more creations in a shared narrative.
• Headcanons & Fan Interpretations – Non-canon ideas or discussions about a creator's content.

COPYRIGHT & OWNERSHIP
– All collaborations are fully subject to my Personal Content Terms of Service.
– Participating in a collaboration with me does not override my ownership rights. I retain full rights over any and all contributions I make unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written agreement.

USAGE

TERMINATION

– If the client requests their commission remain private but later shares it publicly [e.g., social media, open-invite servers], they grant the commissioned artist implicit permission to do the same.

AI, NFT, BLOCKCHAIN, CRYPTOCURRENCY + POLICY

Using the commissioned piece for anything involving AI (Artificial Intelligence), NFT, blockchain, cryptocurrency, or anything alike is STRICTLY prohibited.

REVISIONS & EDITS

– One (1) major revision to the piece during the rough sketch phase [changing the pose, adding to the scene] may be requested.
– Up to three (3) minor revisions to the piece during the rough sketch phase [expression, minor accessories] may be requested.
– Once the final sketch is agreed upon, no further revisions are permitted.

PAYMENT & PRICING

– Payment will be in $ USD
– Full payment is required upfront
– Accepted payment methods are Cash App, Ko-fi Donations, or PayPal via Ko-fi

DEADLINES

– Estimated completion times may vary. The commissioned artist can provide an estimated time frame, but this does not guarantee an exact delivery date.
– Rush or emergency commissions are not available.

PROGRESS & UPDATES

– After the final sketch is agreed upon, the client may check the progress of their commission at Trello.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

– Client may cancel their commission at any time.
– Full refund will be issued (if work has not begun on the final lines)
– 50% refund will be issued (if work on the final lines has begun)
– 25% refund will be issued (if final lines have been completed)
– Refunds are not issued if color blocking (the stage after final lining) has begun
– Repeated cancellations will result in a blacklist

CLIENT & ARTIST CONDUCT

Respectful & Civil Interactions
– Both the client and the commissioned artist are expected to communicate professionally and respectfully at all times.
– Harassment, excessive demands, and/or disrespectful behavior will result in an immediate termination of the commission. The client’s money will be refunded (depending on the stage of completion), but (depending on the nature of the termination) any further business inquiries will not be accepted.

ORDERING A COMMISSION

– Client must have an idea of what they would like in a piece [e.g., pose, expression, mood, coat color/pattern (if it’s a custom design)].References Required
– Visual character references are required. Color palettes are extremely helpful as well.
– If a specific pose is desired, references are appreciated (be it an image or a sketch)No Anonymous/Gift Commissions

CHANGES

– Add-ons such as [paint, lights, accessories, clothing] are permitted

RESALE

FICTIONAL LITTERS

If a design originates from a fictional litter, it may be adopted as either an ALTERED BLOODLINE or an ORIGINAL BLOODLINE.
Rules vary depending on which type is bought:

ALTERED BLOODLINE

Design, and anything created from it, will have no official ties to the original source material [kennel, registered name, lineage structures/bloodline, or lore].

• Personal OC creation
• Characters unrelated to kennel or ARPG-based lore
• Altered Bloodline adopts fall under all the same base rules for CMC's designs with the added rules below

PERMITTED
– Use in standalone work, entirely unaffiliated with the original lore
– Use in other adoptable projects (unaffiliated with kennel clubs or ARPG)FORBIDDEN
– Use in other kennels or breeding programs (affiliated with kennel clubs or ARPG)
– Use of the original kennel name or registered name, lineage structures, lore, and associated terminology from the original creator's fictional setting

ORIGINAL BLOODLINE

Design, and anything created from it, retains its original origins [kennel, registered name, lineage structures/bloodline, and lore].

– Complex Markings: heavy merle, harlequin, patched tabby, tortoiseshell “tortie”, stripes (brindle, tiger, tabby, etc.), spotting (dalmatian, cheetah, leopard, ticking, roan etc.)
I don’t dislike these markings or patterns. I just do not feel confident in my ability to accurately reproduce these designs. Please do not submit characters featuring a heavy degree of these markings. Light or stylized/cartoon versions of said markings are accepted.
